| Email: The email
address for your Organization is used for very important communications.
Make sure it is an active and valid email address.
Keywords:
The keywords field on the Organization Edit form allows you to
provide keywords that you and others might use in searching the internet
for your business. Keywords do not display on the site, they are
specifically used for search engines indexing content on the site.
Keywords entered in this field should be separated by commas. This
also allows for multiple words and phrases to be used as keyword sets
(e.g. ,Boise Idaho,).
Description: The
Description field allows you to enter a description about your business.
The description field is equipped with editing tools that allow you to
format text in your description.
To format text type in your text in the field and then highlight it
with your mouse. Then use the formatting buttons to select
formatting you want to apply to the highlighted text. Some
formatting buttons must be used before entering the text such as
creating tables.
Details: The Details
field allows you to enter any other additional information about your
business that you would like to make available to your customers.
Examples include:
- Product information
- Services information
- Parking information
- Pricing Information

Coupons:
This field uses an uploaded image file to announce coupons
customers can print and bring in to redeem.
Photos: The first photo
image will be used as your logo when your organization is displayed on
the site. The rest of the photos can be used however you like.
