My Organization section is only available to business accounts. Access to business accounts requires a subscription.

Business Subscription Information

Edit Organization (allows you to update Organization information)

Business Subscriptions
Business Subscriptions can be purchased to gain access to Directory listings on the site. Access includes:

Business Directory
  • You manage your business information on our site, making updates whenever you need.
  • Publish keywords, detailed description and any other information about your business you would like.
  • All information is optimized for both internet search engines and our own search tools.
  • Feature your business for priority listing.
  • Publish coupons for customers to print and use.
  • Add Photos of your business or product(s).
Events
  • Publish any public event related to your business.
    (e.g. movies, concerts, classes, etc.)
  • Feature any of your events for priority listing.
Employment
  • Publish ALL company job openings.
  • Feature jobs for priority listing.
  • Access to search resumes posted by registered users of the site.
  • Make contact with potential employees.
Marketplace
  • Post marketplace ads to sell used company equipment.

Edit Organization
Organization information can be edited at any time. In order to Edit Organization information, you must first be on the My Account tab and logged on with a business account.
  1. Click the icon to the right of the "My Organization" heading.
  2. The "Edit Organization" form will be displayed. You can update any field on this form, but required fields in BOLD must have values.
  3. Click the "Save Changes" button to finish editing the Organization.
  4. A confirmation page will be displayed informing you of any errors if they occurred.
  5. Changes will show up on the site immediately.
Form Fields
Email: The email address for your Organization is used for very important communications. Make sure it is an active and valid email address.

Keywords: The keywords field on the Organization Edit form allows you to provide keywords that you and others might use in searching the internet for your business. Keywords do not display on the site, they are specifically used for search engines indexing content on the site.

Keywords entered in this field should be separated by commas. This also allows for multiple words and phrases to be used as keyword sets (e.g. ,Boise Idaho,).

Description: The Description field allows you to enter a description about your business. The description field is equipped with editing tools that allow you to format text in your description.

To format text type in your text in the field and then highlight it with your mouse. Then use the formatting buttons to select formatting you want to apply to the highlighted text. Some formatting buttons must be used before entering the text such as creating tables.

Details: The Details field allows you to enter any other additional information about your business that you would like to make available to your customers. Examples include:

  • Product information
  • Services information
  • Parking information
  • Pricing Information
  • Menus
  • Dress Codes
  • Reservation information
  • Schedules

Coupons: This field uses an uploaded image file to announce coupons customers can print and bring in to redeem.

Photos: The first photo image will be used as your logo when your organization is displayed on the site. The rest of the photos can be used however you like. Suggested uses: photos of your business, product photos, etc.

View Organization
Viewing a Organization allows you to see how the Organization will look on the site when it is running.
  1. Click the icon to the right of the "My Organization" heading.
  2. You can also view your Organization by clicking on your Organization name.
  3. Clicking the icon or name will open the Organization for viewing.
Feature Organization
Featured Organizations have a priority listing status when visitors to the site search or browse the Directory. In order to Feature an Organization, you must be on the edit page for your Organization.
  1. Click the icon to the right of the "My Organization" heading.
  2. At the top of the form you will see the Featured field.  If your Organization is already featured, a message will indicate this.  Otherwise the icon will be showing with a link saying "Feature Now!"
  3. Clicking the icon  or link will present the purchase form.
  4. You may have multiple purchase options to select from. Choose your desired payment amount and duration you want the Featured status for.
  5. Click the "I Agree With Purchase Agreement, Continue with Purchase" button.
  6. You will directed to a secure checkout page to enter in credit card information and pay for Featuring the Organization.
  7. Fill out the purchase form and click "Make Purchase".
  8. The next page will be the confirmation page informing you the Organization is now running on the site or errors, if any occurred.
  9. Click the link on the confirmation page to return to the My Account page.
  10. Featured Organizations are identified in the "My Business Subscription" box on the My Account page.

During the timeframe your Organization is Featured it will be displayed with other Featured Events and before Non-Featured Events.

Renew Business Subscription
Renewing your Business subscription while you have an active subscription insures that you will have uninterrupted access to your account. The amount of time you select for renewal will extend your current subscription when your current subscription expires. In order to Renew your business subscription, you must be on the My Account tab.
  1. Click the Renew Now link in the "My Business Subscription" box on the My Account page.
  2. Clicking the link will present the purchase form.
  3. You may have multiple purchase options to select from. Choose your desired payment amount and duration you want the Featured status for.
  4. Click the "I Agree With Purchase Agreement, Continue with Purchase" button.
  5. You will directed to a secure checkout page to enter in credit card information and pay for Featuring the Organization.
  6. Fill out the purchase form and click "Make Purchase".
  7. The next page will be the confirmation page informing you the Subscription has been extended or errors, if any occurred.
  8. Click the link on the confirmation page to return to the My Account page.
